- Each week we host an open, free fitness class. Bring a water bottle, towel, tennis shoes and plan on getting sweaty. All levels welcome! Modifcations offered for varying levels of fitness. Cardio DVD workouts include P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, ChaLEAN and Yoga Booty.

Class Descriptions
Yoga for Beginners
Interested in experiencig yoga, but hesitant to try a class? You are not alone. Beginners will learn everything they need to know to feel comfortable in class. You just need a willing spirit and your breath. That's it! Come enjoy an environment where you can feel safe moving around the yoga mat, without judgment. Teachers will personally assist you while you strengthen you mind and your body.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga combines fluidity with movement with breath. Class begins with centering and warm ups, then moves to a soft vinyasa (flowing sequence - movement with breath). Sun salutations are included, and asanas are held slightly longer in this class. Slow flow yoga also involves abdominal strengthening and a stronger standing sequence. Floor work includes hip openers and backbends, and inversions are explored. Slow flow ends with a period of cooling and deep relaxation. Modifications and props are always available to assist with flexibility.
Rogue Yoga / Power Yoga
Rogue Yoga is a powerful, invigorating class for students looking for a little extra challenge. The class is yoga-centered, with an added twist of light weights and just the right amount of boot camp.
It is a nice option for the student seeking to reap the rich benefits of a traditional powerful yoga class, while 'fitting in' some things you might otherwise accomplish in a gym. A nice 'all in one' class!
After all that hard work, the class ends with resting pose, or Savasana. During Savasana, students are treated to a mini neck/shoulder massage, complemented by an organic peppermint lotion. As if that isn't enough love, we now offer eye pillows that many find help deepen the Savasana experience.
Bring your own mat. Loaner mats are available on request.
