I recognized that I had a calling to reach people in & out of the yoga studio. Fitness and nutrition was a natural extension of what I was already doing.

 

I had been using fitness products you've probably seen on TV infomercials. Products like P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, Yoga Booty, ChaLEAN and Turbo Fire.     

 

I was also using Shakeology as a nutritional meal replacement & protein drink. Students, friends and family were asking for tips and advice as to what they could do reach goals like lose weight, gain muscle, improve flexibility, and increase energy. 

 

I'm not an expert, so all I had to offer was my personal experience. My experience was simple. I had no big secret or quick-fix advice to offer. I was just consistent in putting a workout program in my DVD, pressing play, and getting my body moving. I ate reasonably healthy meals and replaced one meal a day with my Chocolate Shakeology protein shake.

 

I was already pointing friends to the products I used when I was approached by a Beachbody Representative who asked if I had an interest in earning money by doing what I was already doing - talking and pointing :) 

 

Beachbody is the company responsible for all those infomercials that led me to buy the fitness products I was using (and continue to use). Joining the company as an Independent Team Beachbody Coach was a no-brainer. It was natural and it 'fit' perfectly.

 

All I know is this, since making the decision to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, I have been surrounded by inspiring, positive and motivated people who seek to make a difference in the world.

 

Being an Independent Team Beachbody Coach gives me a perfect way to live out my life purpose of influencing others to achieve transformational changes in their lives!
